You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. Refunds for canceled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
